The Beatles (finally) goes iTunes

March 9, 2008 – 21:34 by Mikko Hämäläinen

So it finally happened. According to UPI, Paul McCartney has signed 400 million dollar deal “with iTunes” to bring The Beatles backcatalog to Apple’s music service. Given that this has been publicised as writing a deal “with iTunes”, I’d like to know the exact background and with whom the deal actually was signed. Anyway, this is good news!

  2. Wow! That’s really a good news. Hopefully it includes those singles I have not purchased as a CD. Does this deal also mean that Michael Jackson does not need to sell Neverland?
